What it is

A lender is not buying into your ambition. They are working out one thing: whether you can make the payments if next year goes badly.

So we build the plan around cash. What comes in, what goes out, what is left to service the debt, and what happens if sales land twenty per cent under plan. The narrative supports the numbers rather than the other way round.

If your bank has given you a template, a checklist or a list of questions, send it over and we will write to it exactly. It is the fastest route to a yes.

Common questions

Will this guarantee my loan is approved?

No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. Approval depends on your credit history, the security you can offer, your numbers and the individual lender. What a well-built plan does is make sure the plan is not the reason you get declined, and give you clear answers when the credit officer starts asking.

What if I have no trading history?

That is normal for a start-up and a large part of what we do. We build the forecast from the ground up using your real costs, supplier quotes and industry benchmarks, and show where every figure came from so you can defend it.

Can you write to my bank's template?

Yes, and please send it. Writing to the lender's own format removes a whole round of back and forth.

How much of my time will it take?

About three hours in total across the engagement. The first week is the busiest.
