What it is

Strategy for a business your size is not a hundred-slide deck. It is a short, clear set of decisions: which customers you are going after, what you are charging, how you reach them, what you need to build, and what you are deliberately not doing this year.

We do the research behind those choices, then write them down as a one-page plan with a twelve-month roadmap — quarterly priorities, each with a name against it and a number that says whether it worked.

If funding is needed to get there, the model shows how much and when.

Common questions

How is this different from complete strategy development?

Growth strategy answers one question — usually ‘where do we expand next?’ — in four to six weeks. Complete strategy development works all six moves of the Strategos Loop across the whole business, starts by assessing what you are already running on, and includes execution and measurement.

Do we get the financial model too?

Yes. The roadmap is costed and the model shows the cash impact of the plan, including any funding requirement.

Who should be involved?

You, and anyone who will own part of the delivery. Two or three people is usually right; more than six and the sessions slow down.

What happens after the plan?

You run it. We set the review rhythm before we leave, and quarterly check-ins are available at $850 if you would like us to keep facilitating them.
