What it is

Investors read differently from lenders. They want to know how big this can get, why you are the one to do it, and how they eventually get their money back.

The market section carries the weight here, so we build market size from the ground up — counting real customers and real spend — rather than quoting a huge industry figure and claiming a slice of it. A smaller number you can defend line by line raises more money than a big one nobody believes.

You also get a one-page summary you can send ahead of a meeting, which is often what actually gets read first.

What you get

  • 25–40 page business plan
  • 5-year forecast with three scenarios
  • Market research with sources cited
  • Competitor comparison
  • One-page summary for emailing
  • How much you are raising and what it buys

Review and refine

Three rounds of changes, then final files plus the one-page summary.

Common questions

Do you help with the pitch itself?

We build the plan, the model and a one-page summary. A 12–15 slide pitch deck is an add-on at $750, built from the plan so the numbers match.

Do you introduce us to investors?

No. We are not brokers, we take no percentage of what you raise, and we pay and accept no referral fees. That keeps our advice about whether and how much to raise genuinely independent.

What if my idea is not proven yet?

Then start with an idea validation sprint. A plan built on untested assumptions makes guesses look official, and experienced investors notice. The sprint fee comes off the plan if you order one within 90 days.

How is this different from a lender plan?

A lender underwrites your worst plausible year and goes straight to cash flow and coverage. An investor underwrites your upside and spends the meeting on market size and unit economics. Same underlying analysis, different emphasis and exhibits.
