Find out where the money is actually going

For established businesses where revenue has flattened, margins are slipping, or you are working harder than ever and cannot see where it is going.

What it is

A full health check on a business that is already running. We go through the numbers properly — margin by product and by customer, what it truly costs to serve each one, your cash cycle, your break-even — then look at pricing, sales, capacity and competitive position.

What comes back is a scorecard across eight areas and a ranked list of fixes, each with a rough estimate of what it is worth.

Most owners already suspect two or three of the findings. The value is knowing which one to do first, and what the others are costing you meanwhile.

  • True cost to serve
  • Pricing and discounting review

Common questions

How is this different from what my accountant does?

Your accountant tells you what happened and keeps you compliant. A review asks why, and what to do about it. The two work well together and we are happy to talk to yours.

Will you talk to my staff?

With your agreement, yes — usually two or three short conversations. People closest to the work often know exactly where it leaks.

What if you do not find anything?

That has not happened yet, but if the business is in good shape we will tell you so plainly rather than manufacture a problem.

Can you help implement the fixes?

Sometimes the fix is a piece of work in itself — a repricing, or a growth strategy. We will say which of the five you can do yourself and which need help.

Let's talk it through.

Leave your details and we'll come back to you within one business day with a fixed price and a timeline.
