How we handle the information you send us.

What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect your name, business name, email, phone number and what you tell us about your business. We don't take payment details through this website.
How the form works
Our enquiry and consultation forms are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form processor, which passes your submission to us by email. Your details are transmitted to their service purely to deliver that message, and we do not use them for anything else. If you would rather not use the form, email us instead.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote the work and keep a record of it. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us about your business is treated as confidential. We'll sign a non-disclosure agreement before a substantive conversation if you ask.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies or cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years. Records of completed work are kept for seven, in line with tax requirements.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email privacy@expertbusinessplans.ca and we'll respond within thirty days.
